Oil-filled isolated pressure sensor module

Oil-filled, isolated pressure sensor module. Its core sensing element consists of a high-performance MEMS pressure sensing chip independently developed, equipped with a bridge amplification and calibration-dedicated integrated circuit conditioning chip. The pressure sensing module uses a stainless steel diaphragm for medium isolation and can provide good linear analog output under various media. It is a low-cost pressure sensor for civilian use.
