
Oil-filled isolated pressure sensor
Oil-filled, isolated pressure sensor, its core sensitive component is composed of a self-developed high-performance MEMS pressure sensing chip and a dedicated integrated circuit conditioning chip for bridge amplification and calibration. It can be applied to water pressure measurement, oil pressure measurement, various gas pressure measurement, industrial control equipment, automotive field, and various transmitters. The pressure sensing module uses a stainless steel diaphragm for media isolation, which can provide good linear analog output under various media, and is a low-cost pressure sensor for civil use.
