
Oxygen generator
Silicon pressure sensors provide a precise voltage output that is linearly related to the sensed external pressure. This series of standard packaged, uncompensated sensors offers users flexible usage, allowing for easy design and addition of subsequent signal processing circuits. Temperature and nonlinearity compensation is relatively simple for this series due to its high consistency and repeatability. These characteristics are achieved through Minsic's optimized device design and unique sensor fabrication process. This series also benefits from Minsic Microelectronics' long-term experience and technological advantages in MEMS device mass production. The sensor chips in this series are isolated from the air by a special medium, making them suitable for humid environments.
