The 2nd Automotive Sensor System Innovation Technology Forum

Successfully concluded at the Shanghai Jiading Sheraton Hotel

The forum was hosted by Lanshe Business, co-hosted by Shanghai Intelligent Sensor Industrial Park and China Sensor and Internet of Things Industry Alliance. 400 professionals from well-known domestic automotive sensor technology R&D centers and vehicle manufacturers' electronic and electrical departments gathered together to exchange ideas on topics such as intelligent driving vehicle perception sensors and new energy and chassis sensors.

Kunshan Lingke Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. Successfully shortlisted for the "Smart Transportation" Excellent Enterprise list awarded by the China Sensor and Internet of Things Industry Alliance.

The China Sensor and Internet of Things Industry Alliance (SIA) is guided and supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It aims to promote the standardization of core technologies and key application products of China's Internet of Things industry by uniting member units and IoT and sensor alliances at various provincial and municipal levels.

As the lifeblood and central nervous system of the entire vehicle system, sensors, known as the "blood support" within the vehicle, perform real-time and accurate measurement and control of various information such as temperature, pressure, position, speed, acceleration, and vibration. Accurate measurement and control.

Xiao Bin, Technology Director of Lingke Sensing stated that Lingke Sensing's automotive air conditioning temperature and pressure integrated sensor project has made significant progress in R&D and will contribute to the localization of sensors in the future wave of new energy vehicles with its excellent performance and strictly controlled costs.

This innovation forum is not only the first high-level forum in China focusing on automotive sensors, but also provides a high-quality platform for industry communication. At the roundtable meeting, Xiao Bin spoke on The Tremendous Changes in Sensors under the Wave of New Energy Vehicles and Autonomous Driving and The Chip Shortage Issue in the Post-Pandemic Era made a speech.

Regarding the New Situation Facing Automotive Sensors—

Five years ago, most automakers were still focusing on emission changes such as "Euro VI, China VI." Today, the wave of new energy vehicles and autonomous driving is unstoppable, and the pattern of automotive sensors is undergoing tremendous changes. As a supplier, we must first recognize our advantages and strengths and develop multi-dimensionally and distributively based on our existing R&D genes. This year, Minxin's flow chips/thermoelectric chips have already been mass-produced, and research is underway in gas/optical/frequency devices, etc. At the same time, in the pressure sensing field, Lingke will create a full-range, full-technology product line from low pressure to high pressure, laying the technical foundation to become a comprehensive domestic chip solution provider.

Regarding the chip shortage issue in the post-pandemic era—

For decades, the sensor chips used by domestic automakers have been almost entirely monopolized by international manufacturers. Now, domestic suppliers are emerging like mushrooms after a spring rain, fueling competition in the industry and giving rise to a group of companies with strong R&D capabilities and production capacity. Domestic chips, including those from Lingke Sensing, have passed the complete verification process of automakers and can pass the AEC-Q100 series of tests. Domestic chip technology offers good service, quick team response, and short delivery times. With the cooperation of upstream and downstream companies, by persistently and earnestly verifying and ensuring the reliability of the production and manufacturing links, we will surely be able to reach the world's highest stage. Lingke Sensing adheres to this ideal, relying on Minxin's strong chip R&D capabilities, continuously researching, and striving to hone a series of high-quality automotive sensor product lines before 2023.

Lingke Sensing is dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of pressure sensor chips, modules, and finished products in the automotive, industrial control, medical, and white goods fields. Relying on continuous development and investment in core technologies, Lingke has formed a complete pressure sensor product line ranging from encapsulated micro-differential pressure sensors, encapsulated blood pressure sensor, automotive intake/exhaust pressure sensors, various PCBA pressure sensor modules to medium and high-pressure sensors and transmitter finished products.
