Noise-cancelling pickup; MINICORE MEMS microphones provide clear audio quality for OPPO Enco Air2 Pro true wireless earphones

The TWS earphone market is developing rapidly, with more and more consumers choosing TWS earphones to replace traditional wired earphones. Their excellent convenience, freedom from tangled wires, good sound pickup, and noise reduction capabilities have allowed them to establish a strong presence in the audio market.

Recently, I Love Audio Network disassembled the OPPO Enco Air2 Pro true wireless noise-canceling earphones and found that its sound pickup module uses a MEMS microphone from Minichip Microelectronics for sound pickup and noise reduction, providing a good call environment.

The OPPO Enco Air2 Pro charging case adopts an oval design. The opening of the charging case uses a curved design, increasing the visible portion of the earphones from the traditional 50% to 77%, making it easier to remove the earphones. The earphones themselves adopt a stem-type in-ear design. The outer casing is treated with a piano paint process, resulting in a smoother and more rounded feel. Each earphone weighs only 4.4g, making them small, light, and comfortable to wear.

In terms of functionality, the OPPO Enco Air2 Pro earphones support ANC active noise cancellation and transparency mode. They support dual-microphone AI call sound pickup and noise reduction for clearer calls; they also support flash charging and 28 hours of long-lasting battery life. In terms of user experience, they support automatic connection upon opening the case, wear detection, quick switching between two devices, double-click remote shooting, and newly added personalized themes, providing convenient use.

After disassembling and analyzing the earphones, it was found that they use a 12.4mm speaker unit and two Minichip Microelectronics MSM381ACB026 MEMS microphones for sound pickup and noise reduction, providing clearer calls. A 3.85V high-voltage soft-pack button-type battery is built-in. The power management uses a Siyuan SY8602 charging IC, and the main control chip uses a Hengxuan BES2500 series Bluetooth audio SoC, supporting Bluetooth 5.2; the dual microphones form a beamforming array for more precise sound pickup.

The MSM381ACB026 is specifically developed for mid-to-high-end ANC earphones and features a wide in-band flatness (extending to low frequency 20Hz); high in-band sensitivity consistency; good in-band phase consistency, reaching within ±5db at low frequency 20-100Hz; built-in filter circuit, strong anti-interference ability; high AOP, reaching 130Db (10% THD), 125Db (1% THD), etc.
