As the Spring Festival is approaching, on behalf of Minsic's management team, I would like to extend my New Year's greetings to everyone! I wish you a happy Spring Festival, family happiness, good health, and all the best!

 

The year 2021 was an extraordinarily significant year for our Party and country. We witnessed the historical convergence of the two centenary goals, embarked on a new journey of comprehensively building a socialist modern country, and strode forward on the path of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
 
For Minsic, this year was also extraordinarily significant:
 
Over the past year, we have worked together with one heart and mind, continuously strengthening our foundation for development. As the company's first full year after its listing, all Minsic employees have dedicated themselves to the country with their expertise and craftsmanship, and have basically achieved the strategic goals set at the beginning of the year. Various system constructions and optimizations have been basically implemented, a fair and upward corporate atmosphere has been further consolidated, and Minsic employees have worked hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder, nurturing the flowers of their dreams with their sweat. In the fight against the epidemic and events such as the Henan rainstorm disaster, we actively fulfilled our responsibilities and obligations, donated funds and offered our love, demonstrating the social responsibility of the enterprise.
 
Over the past year, our performance has been strong, and our comprehensive strength has continued to grow. We strive to create value for our customers and society. The prototype of our technology platform company has taken shape, sales performance has continued to improve, system management has continued to improve, and strategic cooperation with customers has continued to be consolidated. Desb, our subsidiary, has abundant packaging and testing capacity, and a new testing and packaging line this year will further release capacity; Lingke Sensing has significantly expanded its product categories, achieving record-high sales performance. Joint investment with the park government to establish a MEMS Industrial Research Institute will further consolidate the company's foundation for independent and controllable full industrial chain.
 
Over the past year, our product categories have been diverse, and innovation has continued to flourish. The advantages in MEMS acoustic sensors and other fields have steadily improved, and new fields such as e-cigarettes, bone conduction, altimeters, and blood pressure monitors are gradually increasing in volume, and are expected to become new growth points for performance. The intellectual property system has matured, and the number of patents has reached a new high. Among them, the patent for "differential capacitive microphone with dual diaphragms" won the first prize of Suzhou Patent Annual Award, which is also the only first prize in the park. Minsic took the lead in establishing the MEMS Industry Intellectual Property Rights Alliance and was elected as the chairman unit.
 
Over the past year, we have gathered talents, and our talent pool has continued to grow. Various human resources departments have carried out orderly talent work. Minsic has recruited approximately 300 new employees, with a record-high proportion of master's and doctoral graduates and returnees from overseas, continuously improving the educational level. Nearly 100 training sessions have been held, greatly ensuring the quantity and quality of talent. We maintain close cooperation with many universities and research institutions such as Soochow University. The establishment and optimization of OA, ERP, WMS and other information systems have further standardized office processes, improved work efficiency, and enhanced management levels.
 
Over the past year, we have coordinated development, and our brand has continued to stand out. We have won a number of honors, including Top 10 Chinese Sensor Companies, Top 10 Chinese MEMS Companies, Top 100 Semiconductor Companies, IC Design Achievement Award, Excellent Practice Case of Listed Companies, Most Valuable Sci-tech Innovation Board High-end Equipment Listed Company, and Sci-tech Innovation Board Innovation Competitiveness Enterprise. With the leapfrog development of the company's comprehensive strength, the industry and social influence are increasing day by day. We must always aim at the grand goal of "becoming a world-leading MEMS solution provider" and strive for it.
 
All that is past is prologue.
 
Looking back on 2021, we still see changes in the industry landscape, changes with concerns, and fierce market competition. However, Minsic's various departments and lines are closely united, working together with one heart and mind, and daring to explore, achieving certain good results in product quality, safety production, and other aspects.

Looking forward to 2022, we will continue to welcome the era of green, digital, and intelligent development. Competition will become even more intense. 1. Win the battle for core products, and continuously strengthen R&D innovation.
 
"If you want to do a good job, you must first sharpen your tools." R&D innovation is Minsic's "magic weapon" for steady and long-term development. We will provide employees with more development opportunities, cultivate versatile talents who understand the business in a three-dimensional way, further improve per capita output, and gradually reach the efficiency level of international top peers. Starting from a "point", we rely on technology to gain a foothold in the market; extending from a "line", we rely on quality to cultivate brands; expanding to a "surface", we rely on innovation to achieve comprehensive high-level development. Continuously improve the technical content, added value, and competitiveness of products, and develop a batch of world-leading MEMS products.
 
2. Secure the initiative in new product business, and continuously expand new growth points for performance.

"Fire the first shot and seize the commanding heights." Today, the MEMS industry has entered the fast lane. With the advent of new technological waves, application scenarios are accelerating. The market is like a battlefield, and enterprise competition is cruel. Expanding width, seizing the market, and gaining the initiative are the top priorities for Minsic in the post-listing stage. We must focus on extending applications, continuously developing high-value-added, influential new landmark sensor products, and forming a virtuous cycle of "research and development, mass production, and promotion".
 
3. Win the battle for major customer groups, and continuously push up the strategic development pattern.
 
"Hit where others can't," and "hit hard and accurately." Only by conquering major customer groups can we soar in the higher sky. We must accelerate our upward climb, outward expansion, and deeper exploration. We must fully utilize the advantages of an independent and controllable full industrial chain and years of technological accumulation to develop excellent, high-end, and core products, expand product categories, and expand both domestic and international markets, further expanding the market recognition, awareness, reputation, and even dependence of Minsic sensors.
 
 
The blueprint is drawn, and time is of the essence.
 
The old year has already unfolded thousands of layers of brocade, and the new year will advance another hundred feet.
