Zhu Jiang, Deputy Director of the Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee, conducted a research on Minshen Shares.

On the afternoon of the 19th, Zhu Jiang, member of the Party Working Committee, vice director of the Administrative Committee, and director of the Propaganda and United Front Work Department of Suzhou Industrial Park, visited and held a symposium with Minsic, extending New Year greetings and best wishes in advance. Vice General Manager Zhang Chenliang and Secretary of the Board of Directors Dong Mingyan warmly received and participated in the symposium.

Vice General Manager Zhang Chenliang introduced Minsic's development history, core technologies, and strategic layout. Zhang Chenliang mentioned that Minsic was founded in 2007 by Dr. Li Gang, "the first batch of leading scientific and technological talents in the park," and is one of the earliest MEMS companies in China. Minsic is known as a "pioneer" by its peers because it has personally experienced the entire process of building China's MEMS industry chain from scratch, and is a technology platform company with full-industry-chain R&D and full-industry-chain localization. It is a typical example in the history of Chinese MEMS of a small company driving a large industry.

Dong Mingyan mentioned that the semiconductor industry requires large investments and rapid technological updates. To stay ahead in a highly competitive field, it is necessary not only to maintain entrepreneurial passion but also strategic determination, enhance the ability to prevent and resolve risks, act as a guardian of compliant operations, build a good reputation in the capital market, and achieve longer-term, healthy development.

In the new year, Minsic will leverage its advantages in the independent, controllable, and localized full industry chain to launch a comprehensive market battle across the board, moving from "standing out" to "blooming." While maintaining its position as the world's fourth-largest shipper of acoustic sensors, Minsic will strive to make significant progress in pressure, inertia, flow, and infrared thermopile sensors and modules.

Vice Director Zhu Jiang affirmed Minsic's strategy of "becoming bigger, stronger, and better." He pointed out that the supporting points and breakthroughs in the park's development lie in enterprises. Government departments will continuously improve service quality, optimize the business environment, act as "gold medal service providers" and "attentive shop assistants," and provide practical services for enterprise development. He encouraged Minsic to seize opportunities, refine capital, strengthen industries, expand brands, play a leading role in the industry, and contribute more to Suzhou's development.
