The Wheatstone bridge structure is composed of four varistors on the MEMS chip of a single chip force sensor. When the external force acts on the device, the device will deform and the resistance of the varistor will change accordingly; Due to the different positions of the resistors, the resistance value of the varistor also changes correspondingly. The Wheatstone bridge produces an analog differential signal output.
The integrated force sensor integrates a MEMS force sensor chip and a signal processing ASIC chip in a single package. The ASIC realizes signal amplification, ADC conversion and signal processing, and outputs an interrupt signal at the int pin when there is a pressing action. Each component of the integrated force sensor is calibrated before leaving the factory to ensure the output consistency; During the application of the whole machine, the threshold register is configured through the I2C interface. The master control can flexibly set different pressing thresholds for different models, and can also realize the function of resetting to eliminate the pre pressure during assembly.
