Recently, The 2023 China IC Leadership Summit concluded successfully. AspenCore, a leading global semiconductor industry media outlet, released the China Fabless 100 ranking at the summit. It is reported that the China Fabless 100 ranking is carefully selected by AspenCore's global analyst team from 100 Chinese IC design companies, based on comprehensive considerations of growth potential, financing, technological strength, commercial application, independent R&D design technology, and multiple invention patents. The list divides Chinese IC design companies into ten technical categories, with each company belonging to only one category. The top 10 companies in each category make up the Fabless 100 ranking. ● The company's headquarters is located in mainland China and Hong Kong/Macao, but excludes companies from Taiwan.
● Only Fabless companies are included; IDM companies with their own wafer fabs are excluded.
● Listed companies will be evaluated and ranked according to a comprehensive strength and growth potential index.
● Non-listed companies are evaluated based on submitted and collected materials and industry interviews.
● Independently researched and designed chip products have been mass-produced and put into commercial use or have entered the supply chain of mainstream OEM manufacturers.
● Possesses multiple invention patents and has strong chip R&D and application design capabilities.
