New Product | Zhonghong Weiyu: Application of DG606 Posture Detection Module in the Electric Tool Field
The DG606 attitude sensing module is an ultra-small, high-precision inertial measurement system based on MEMS inertial sensing elements. This system incorporates a calibrated Zhong Hong Weiyu MotionCore ® software and hardware core, capable of accurately outputting the carrier's three attitude angles (pitch, roll, and yaw) and other auxiliary sensor signals (acceleration, angular velocity) at any time and in any state of motion.
The attitude detection unit itself can process attitude characteristic data and continuously correct the gyroscope to maintain high-precision output of the attitude angles. Even with motion acceleration, it maintains optimal calculation of the bias angle, ensuring high attitude measurement accuracy in different motion states.
Zhong Hong Weiyu has innovatively launched an active anti-torsion technology solution for power tools. The principle is that when the drill bit gets stuck, the machine will experience a momentary large-angle rotational tendency due to the reaction force. After sensing the rotation, the module controls the motor to immediately cut off the power for braking protection. It also has a precise positioning function. When the power tool deviates from the preset positioning angle during operation, it will issue an alarm to improve the accuracy during use.
