Minsic promotes factory intelligent manufacturing based on Business Process Management (BPM) and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS)

With the advent of intelligent manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and the mobile internet era, digitalization has become an indispensable means for enterprise development. Industry leaders are also focusing their efforts on internal systematic management and external Internet of Things application scenarios. As a MEMS technology platform company, Minsic possesses independent and controllable capabilities across the entire industrial chain. It has creatively launched a system based on Business Process Management (BPM) and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) to promote intelligent manufacturing in the MEMS industry.

The case mainly applies to business process management to achieve cross-system and cross-departmental collaboration, solving the problems of easy breakpoints and low efficiency between existing business systems, enabling timely and efficient transmission of business information, and achieving end-to-end process collaboration; applying the Cyber-Physical System (CPS), connecting production equipment, and collecting production data and equipment status information in real-time from interfaces, registers, and PLCs in the equipment. Through digital twin technology, it simulates the on-site production status of the workshop, providing accurate basis and scientific guarantee for business management and scientific decision-making.

Minsic believes that enterprise digital transformation is not only a significant technological change but also an upgrade of the overall operational approach, reconstructing and optimizing the enterprise's value concept, cultural thinking, production processes, management processes, and customer and supplier management. As a MEMS technology platform company, Minsic will firmly adhere to the spirit of long-termism, taking quality innovation, technological innovation, and management innovation as top priorities, actively embracing digitalization, and achieving more stable, long-term, and high-quality development.
